Job Description
Monitor, collect, and analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance metrics.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to inform purchasing strategies.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to procurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement operations.
Prepare regular reports on purchasing performance and communicate findings to the National Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major (a degree in Data Science is a plus).
Working expericne +2 years as a Purchasing Analyst.
Experience in managing supplier relationships and fostering long-term partnerships to enhance procurement efficiency.
Understanding of financial principles related to purchasing, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
