Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Biology, Agronomy, Forestry and related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee, cocoa, or any plantation commodity.
Practical knowledge of certification such as 4C/UTZ/Rainforest Alliance and others.
Good communication in English.
Requirements
Collect data to support certification program.
Conduct training/socialization with program farmer.
Running the program with applicable code of conduct certification.
Prepare monthly plan and monthly update.
Maintenance traceability report and data for sales of certified coffee from farmer certification standard (4C/RA).
Monitoring the implementation and control the field activity.
Provide direction and monitor day to day activities on the ground.
Actively Involved in farmer meeting, training and engagement with supplier chain.
